COCO PEAT

Extraction of coir fiber from husk. Coco peat is a multi-purpose soil conditioner and surface mulch/rooting medium.

It is a completely homogenous material composed of millions of capillary micro-sponges that absorb and hold up to eight times its own weight in water. The natural pH of 5.7 to 6.5, plus an unusually high Caption Exchange Capacity - and Easy Available Water assures that coir will hold and release nutrients in solution over extended periods without additional watering.

COIR NON WOVEN GEOTEXTILE

Coir Needle Felt Geotextile are non-woven fabric made out of 100% coir fiber. The fabric is composed of coir fiber randomly needle punched to the desired degree of compaction.

The needled felts have excellent moisture absorption and retention characteristics and form an ideal medium for plant growth. The fiber is mechanically bonded or interlocked to form a continuous length of sheet. No bonding material is used in the manufacture process.

COIR PLY BOARD

Coir Ply Board Panels can be made using coir as reinforcing material with or without plantation timber (veneers like rubber, bamboo, jute, glass) in between as a secondary reinforcement and then infused with polymeric matrix material like phenol, polyester, epoxy, etc., and then processed under controlled temperature and pressure.

The primary advantage of the coir composites is due to the coir, which is natural, eco-friendly and abundantly available material.

CURLED COIR

Twisted Curled Coir/Coir Rope is used for making coir mattress, coir cushions, rubberized coir pads, carpet underplays, seat cushions & for insulating drainage pipes.

Coconut consists of water and copra contained in a hard shell covered with fibrous husk protecting it from damages. Fiber is extracted from coconut husk mechanically and is used in making several products with wide applications.

COIR FIBER

Coir fiber, obtained from the tissues surrounding the seed of the coconut palm, it is one of the few natural fibers that are strong, highly durable and water-proof.

Coir fiber has the ability to stretch beyond its elastic limit without rupturing. Its resistance to microbial degradation and salt water and the power to take up a permanent stretch is unique.

COIR INSULATION BOARD

Insulation made of natural coconut fibers is permeable and moisture-regulating. Coconut fibres have high lignin content and thus low cellulose content, as a result of which it is resilient, strong and highly durable. The material provides great acoustic damping and has a leveling effect.

The humidity control is mainly for use in the interior insulation effect.
